Location is excellent, just a short walk from all the main attractions. Super clean room, modern decor, and the breakfast selection was fresh and enjoyable. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I even got to leave my bags after checkout so I could keep exploring! (Really appreciated that! ).
Nothing it is perfect.

Charming hotel with stairs workout
From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warm hospitality. The staff always went the extra mile, even brewing us coffee before breakfast hours. The room was cozy and comfortably modern, making our stay delightful. We loved that we were just 10 minutes from the city center, allowing us to explore on foot easily.
However, be prepared for the flights of stairs! It’s quite a trek if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues. Unfortunately, the bed was a bit firmer than I preferred, leading to some back discomfort each morning.

The lovely room with a balcony offered a perfect spot to relax and take in the views of Florence, not to mention the modern bathroom was a real treat after a long day of exploring.
Checkout was slightly awkward as the staff seemed distracted and a bit annoyed when I needed to leave, which affected the overall experience at the end of my stay.

Charming atmosphere with lovely decor that caught my eye. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Accademia, Duomo, and other highlights of Florence. Evenings are quiet, allowing for restful nights. Staff provided warm service, quickly helping with bags upon arrival. Breakfast had delicious offerings, including fresh pastries and good coffee. The only downside is the considerable number of stairs to access the hotel. it was quite the workout after a long day of touring. If you’re traveling with heavy luggage or have mobility issues, keep this in mind. Overall, I appreciated my stay but be prepared for the few flights of stairs!

The room featured modern decor and a comfortable bed, creating a pleasant atmosphere after a long day exploring. Each area of the hotel maintained a clean and stylish appearance, enhancing the overall experience.
Multiple flights of stairs leading to the hotel can be quite exhausting, especially after a day of touring. Additionally, the shower head was unsteady, and the basin had cracks, which detracted from the overall comfort of the bathroom.

Just a heads up, there's no elevator, so be ready for those steep stairs when you arrive.

The absence of an elevator is a significant inconvenience, especially for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues!!! The parking arrangements are either expensive or inconveniently located, which needs a rethink!!!
