Location is excellent, just a short walk from all the main attractions. Super clean room, modern decor, and the breakfast selection was fresh and enjoyable. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I even got to leave my bags after checkout so I could keep exploring! (Really appreciated that! ).

From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warm hospitality. The staff always went the extra mile, even brewing us coffee before breakfast hours. The room was cozy and comfortably modern, making our stay delightful. We loved that we were just 10 minutes from the city center, allowing us to explore on foot easily.

However, be prepared for the flights of stairs! It’s quite a trek if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues. Unfortunately, the bed was a bit firmer than I preferred, leading to some back discomfort each morning.

The lovely room with a balcony offered a perfect spot to relax and take in the views of Florence, not to mention the modern bathroom was a real treat after a long day of exploring.

Checkout was slightly awkward as the staff seemed distracted and a bit annoyed when I needed to leave, which affected the overall experience at the end of my stay.

The only downside is the considerable number of stairs to access the hotel. it was quite the workout after a long day of touring. If you’re traveling with heavy luggage or have mobility issues, keep this in mind. Overall, I appreciated my stay but be prepared for the few flights of stairs!

Great spot for a group vacation! We visited the Uffizi Gallery and the Duomo, which were just a short walk away. The place has a lovely breakfast with amazing coffee and a welcoming vibe, making us feel right at home. Plus, the staff were super nice and attentive throughout our stay.

Just a heads up, there's no elevator, so be ready for those steep stairs when you arrive.

The absence of an elevator is a significant inconvenience, especially for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues!!! The parking arrangements are either expensive or inconveniently located, which needs a rethink!!!

Wi-Fi was reliable, and air conditioning worked great. No pets allowed was good for allergies.

The Double Room was so comfy and clean! The decor was modern and had some cute touches. Bathroom was super nice too. Rocco was really helpful with our luggage, which was a plus. The breakfast area was cozy and the spread was delicious, with fresh pastries and good coffee. Just loved coming back after a long day exploring!
